Do I need a referral or medical diagnosis to work with you?
No. Most clients come to me without a formal diagnosis. You might have symptoms like bloating, fatigue, irregular cycles, or weight changes—that’s enough to start.
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
No. I don’t use rigid meal plans or restrictive diets. We focus on building structure and flexibility so you can eat in a way that works in real life.
How is this different from just Googling nutrition advice
Online advice is usually generic and conflicting. In coaching, everything is personalized to your body, symptoms, and lifestyle, so you know exactly what applies to you. You get exactly the help you need with none of the online disinformation, shame, or marketing.
Do you help with weight loss?
Yes, but not through restriction or quick fixes. We focus on metabolism, hunger cues, habits, and consistency so changes are sustainable and don’t rely on dieting cycles. If you are looking for a "quick fix" I am not the practitioner for you. My goal is to help you build habits that support your lifestyle and health, weight loss may be a "side effect" of adopting a healthier lifestyle, but there are more important things in life than how much you weigh.
I’ve tried a lot of diets already—will this be any different?
Most clients come in feeling the same way. The difference here is we focus on why things aren’t working for your body specifically, instead of repeating generic diet approaches.
Do you work with hormone issues like PCOS or perimenopause?
Yes. A lot of my work involves supporting symptoms related to hormonal shifts, including cycle changes, PMS, energy fluctuations, and perimenopause-related concerns.
How often will I need to meet with you?
Typically every 2–4 weeks depending on the program. This gives enough support to stay on track without overwhelming your schedule or creating dependency.
What if I struggle to follow the plan?
That’s actually part of the process. We adjust based on your real life, not ideal circumstances. The goal is to make things workable, not perfect.
Is this covered by insurance?
This depends on your provider and location. Some plans may cover nutrition services under registered dietitian care, but you’d need to check directly with your insurer.
How do I know if I'm ready for coaching?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next—and you’re ready to make changes with support rather than guessing—then you’re ready to start.
